We have received word from the district that Saturday 3/14 Bands in Review has been cancelled. We know this is disappointing, but we will have an opportunity to perform again at Picnic Pops in the Spring. Students have been working extremely hard on a new piece for BIR, and we are excited to perform it for families later in the school year.
Ticket Money: If you have turned in ticket money, you have two options. You can request a refund for the ticket money, which I will send home in envelopes as cash. The other option is donating the money to the band fund, with the understanding that if Bands in Review is re-scheduled, you will not need to re-purchase tickets.
Permission Slips: With the concert cancelled, there is no need to turn in permission slips.
Rescheduling: If the performance is rescheduled, Ms. Stout will be in touch ASAP with information.
