Today, Wednesday 9/23, is the final day for instrument pick up and drop off at Tappan from 4:30-6:30pm. If you did not fill out the instrument survey, please email Ms. Stout as soon as possible if you need an AAPS instrument so we can have it ready for you for this afternoon. If you have any questions, please email stoutl@aaps.k12.mi.us. If you are using an AAPS instrument this year, please fill out this digital guarantee form once you have received your student’s instrument.
Who Should Drop Off Instruments:
- 6th Graders who still have their 5th Grade AAPS Instrument (Note: Pattengill instruments can be dropped off at Tappan today)
- Students who are not continuing with band or orchestra this year
- Students who moved to another school and still have a Tappan instrument
- Rising 9th graders who still have Tappan instrument (may return to either HS or MS, MS preferred)
- Any AAPS instrument that is not playable should be returned so it can be repaired
Who Can Pick Up Instruments:
- 6th, 7th, and 8th Graders who will be using an AAPS Instrument this year
When You Pick Up Your Instrument:
When you arrive, please text (734) 985-0505 with the following information and we will bring your instrument out to your car. You will pull around back to the basketball court side of the building:
