If you ARE using a school-owned (AAPS/Tappan) instrument:
1. CLEAN your AAPS instrument(s) at home by Friday May 23rd.
2. TURN IN the instrument cleaning assignment for each AAPS instrument you have by this Friday May 23. Make sure all sheets have a parent/guardian signature. Tubas and baritone saxophones may be cleaned at school, but all other instruments should be cleaned at home. Students, if cleaning at home is an issue, please talk to Ms. Stout.
3. COMPLETE this GOOGLE FORM with a parent or guardian by this Friday May 23rd for your Tappan instrument(s). If you have more than one Tappan instrument (ex: Tubas, euphoniums, low reeds, horns) you must complete this form for each instrument that you have.
4. RETURN your school-owned instrument(s) to the Tappan Band room no later than this Friday May 23rd for inspection. We will reach out regarding damages and payments for repairs if this applies to your school instrument. Earlier than May 23rd is encouraged if possible!
5. If you need an AAPS instrument over the summer, click this link, scroll to the bottom, and complete the process for AAPS summer instrument rental. Scholarships are available if needed. Email or bring a copy of the receipt to Ms. Stout. Please complete this ASAP and at the latest by June 6th.
ATTENTION CURRENT 8th GRADERS: Current 8th graders should send these receipts to their future high school directors, not to Ms. Stout.
Be sure to confirm that your high school has an instrument available for you before you complete the payment through MyPaymentsPlus!

Students, remember it is your responsibility to return AAPS instruments cleaned and in good condition. If you do not return your cleaned school instrument(s) on time, it will prevent you from participating in end-of-year activities until you complete the assignment.
