What Students Need: Clothing for the field trip will be Tappan Band t-shirts, bottoms of your choice, and comfortable walking shoes. Please dress for the weather. Other needs are instrument, music, anything you need to play (valve oil, reeds, stick bags, etc), and snacks/food if students want more than pizza.
Chaperones: Thank you for those who have offered to chaperone! Please check the document I shared with you via email for more information.

Please fill out the above form and email to Ms. Stout or you may turn in a hard copy at the office.
Schedule: Our schedule for the day will be as follows:
8:20: Tappan walks to Burns Park and performs (~9am)
9:50: Buses meet at Burns Park for pick up heading to Allen Elementary
10:00: Depart Burns Park for Allen Elementary on buses
10:20: Arrive at Allen Elementary and perform (~10:30)
11:00: Load Buses to go to Tappan to eat lunch (pizza party @Tappan)
11: 30-12:40: Lunch/pizza/at Tappan
12:45: Walk to Pattengill
1:10: Arrive at Pattengill and perform (1:45-2:15)
2:30: Band walks back to Tappan, unpacks equipment
